Jason’s way of brushing teeth
It happens every evening. Jason knew that his mother would call him soon. It always goes like this: “Jason, it’s time to stop playing and brush your teeth!”
Jason doesn’t like brushing his teeth at all. Your baby prefers to continue playing with blocks or looking at his picture books.
But soon everything will change.
One day, Jason took a big bite of an apple and one of his teeth got stuck in it. He was filled with fear.
“What happened to my teeth? Now I have a void. Will I get a new tooth?” Jason asked.
Luckily, his mother was there to help him calm down. She explains that a larger and stronger tooth will grow back in its place. This new tooth will last forever if cleaned properly.
“If you want, you can show your baby tooth to the tooth fairy!” Jason’s mother suggested.
“What is a tooth fairy? And what will she do with my tooth?” Jason asked. He became curious. But his mother told him to be patient, and he would figure it out on his own.
So Jason decided to part with his tooth. That night, he put it in a small box next to the window before going to bed. Then he waited. He was determined to stay awake until he could see the tooth fairy with his own eyes.
“I wonder what she looks like. And how did she get into my room?” The more questions Jason had, the sleepier he became.
He overslept and missed the tooth fairy’s appearance.
When he woke up, his tooth was gone. Instead, there was a small piece of paper in the box.
“Mom, my baby teeth are gone!” He said excitedly. “But there’s a note in there!”
His mother quickly ran to read the note to him.
Dear Jason, I am the tooth fairy, and tonight I found your baby tooth. Thank you for this wonderful gift. The first tooth a child loses is always the most valuable. I want to give you something back. Listen carefully. Do you see many stars in the sky at night? I will take each of your baby teeth and turn them into stars in the sky. But to do this, they must shine brightly so that they can be seen from afar. Make sure you always practice good oral hygiene and put your lost teeth in this box for me. In return, I will give you dreams of the most exciting adventures you can imagine!
Now Jason can’t wait to lose his next tooth. But until then, he makes sure to take care of his teeth so they stay shiny. Every night, while happily brushing his teeth, he looked out the window at the sparkling stars in the sky.
